Please note that non-foundation tickets are not valid for entry until after the gates open on Saturday, April 6, 2024. All patrons should plan to exit the ranch by noon on Tuesday 4/9/24.

To obtain early entry on Thursday or Friday, April 4 or 5, please join the KFF Foundation and purchase Foundation Member tickets listed in the section below.

Members are permitted to purchase tickets and parking passes for admission on Friday 4/5/24 through noon on Tuesday 4/9/24. You must be a member of the Kerrville Folk Festival Foundation to purchase Foundation Member tickets. KIDS TICKETS (Age 5 - 11)

All children and teens under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid ticket.

PARKING, RVs, SLEEPER VEHICLES, GOLF CARTS

Event tickets are sold separately. A-lot parking is for festival ticket holders only.

All parking passes are sold based on a standard parking space size (9'w x 20'h); if your vehicle takes up two parking spaces, you will need to purchase two parking passes.

If you plan to park your vehicle, camper/trailer, or anything with an axle in the campground, a sleeper vehicle pass is required.

This is a rain or shine event. 
All sales final. Sorry, no refunds of any kind for any reason.
We anticipate that this event will be sold out.

We expect parking to be at a premium so plan accordingly and purchase a parking pass for each vehicle you intend to have with you at the event. Once we are sold out of parking passes, we will close ticket sales to anyone who cannot arrange other transportation.

If you arrive in a vehicle at the event without a parking pass, we reserve the right to invalidate your ticket, deny you entry and we will not provide a refund for your ticket.

We anticipate more traffic than usual in the area. Plan accordingly and try to arrive early to avoid delays. Similarly, we anticipate that grocery stores and gas stations in the area will be difficult to access and may run low on provisions so we recommend that you stock up prior to arriving at the event.

Viewing an eclipse without appropriate eyewear may be hazardous; please wear the safety glasses provided by the Festival.
